This would be the bets night of my life. yes, the best ever. i nearly wet my pants, i was jumping up and down like a monyet kena belacan and i ended up losing my voice.
the night had started off with a suprise 'advanced bday' gift from my dad. He bought me an Arsenal away jersey. and i nearly fell off the couch. hahaahahha! i was so pumped up, as it was just minutes away from the first great game of the night. one item striked off my 'need'-to-buy list, isnt that just greaaaat? HEHE. you wouldnt know how happy i was unless you were there right beside me. thanks dad! (though i think it doesnt cost as much as it should)
so kick off started, with liverpool and manu at anfield. i was pumped up like yeaaaah! hahahha, i wanted liverpool to win though. unfortunately they lost to those red irritating devils by a goal. bet liverpool's owners were pissed. there were good chances for liverpool, despite dearest gerrard getting booked. kewell was cuuuute! hehehe. i was running out of snacks just watching the first match. HEH.
and yes, of course i did not miss some parts of Asian Idol. i missed agnes' performance though. and i am, again, VERY HAPPY INDEED that HADY MIRZA WON! didnt you see the unexpressed joy on his face. he would have wet his pants just like i was going to. anyways, HE WON! i wasnt expecting that shocking result cos i did not hear his name getting mentioned by the judges when they were asked to predict the Asian idol. HEH. but it was all great in the end. lets sing the tak bisakah hindustan version. i think it goes something like, Num Seh Pyaaar Hey Pyaaaaar, or maybe not. hahahha. i thought we didnt stand a chance to win. Well, congrats to hady. you look so charming on stage dear (:

So after the whole 'YAY HADY WON!', and missing the first three mintues of the long awaited match between Arsenal and Chelsea, i watched eagerly. i was just glkued to the couch till the end, except for toilet breaks. arsenal was definitely undeniably great throughout the match, which i kinda less expected. because for the last few matches they would eventually get tired in the second half of the games, which they did not tonight. i must say, i am so proud of them today. but the most important highlight(or one of the many) is that FABREGAS, HLEB, FLAMINI and VANPERSIE were back. i was so excited for the game! can you imagine not seeing my sayang for so many games (three or so was already alot okay!) and he finally appeared when the papers said it was not even close for him to play tonight. i am so grateful for tonight! YAY! and what else can i say, Arsenal's game was just impressive all the way. I admit Chelsea had numerous chances which could kill us off, especially shevchenko's free kick. but we pulled it off. attack was as great as ever. i never saw them charged to attack that well, for the past few games. i was so impressed i think i am goign off for sleep, smiling till tomorrow morning. If only i could just replay the match in my dream. There were quite a number of yellow cards. Not forgetting Terry's injury, i am very sorry myra.)): i felt bad, really bad. Eboue was a known drama-mama on the soccer field. and terry was just so pitiful. He's such a charming guy you know, i admire his guts, besides he looks hot. HEHE. he's one reason why i like chelsea. but the one reason, i hate chelsea is MIKEL. remember the previous arsenal vs chelsea match? he was sent off for doing a naughty naughty thing, which i cant quite remember now. hehe. oh ya! another reason would be, AVRAM GRANt. seriously, somebody should tell him to wear a clown mask when he faces the public. he can get really scary okay. whats with the whole black suit and the long frown. smile lah dude!
hahahahahahaa, yes! and my sayang defnitely had a few chances to score. but i think he;s grateful enough for the results. such a disappointing thing just about the last few seconds of the match, when he scissor-ed ashley cole, carelessly. but it was just a late thing, he got a yellow card, which sent him smiling and laughing away cos he didnt really care. ARSENAL WON! (sorry again myra) HEHE. though, they was certain times i got frustrated that i jumped up and down for nothing. i hate offsides! hmph. anyways, Arsenal definitely appears stronger with Van Persie (: i can feel my passion for watching Arsenal growing. HEE.
and, i think gallas' header was superb!
so here i am, wearing my arsenal jersey and smiling all the way like a mad woman. i think HYUK should start playing football. myra and i thought we could gather up our friends and make up a football club. thinking about it now, it would be fairly impossible cos we all would be busy with our own stuffs. but also, i kindas got excited when i was dreaming away about how we could get our club organised. our own jerseys and everything, and maybe a hot coach? hahahaha! angan angan lah sehh! but maybe it can happen?
so i wanna head off to sleep, smiling. i swear i cant stop.
Alhamdullilah ya Allah, i feel so grateful today. maybe to make up for those bad days at work, facing customers. i would have tomorrow and tuesday off. and i'm off for work on wednesday. i think i can get used to the job, i'm quite okay. cant wait for the season to be over!
i love Arsenal, i love my jersey. and i think i wanna hug myself now. HEHE. okay, ronah giler!
